Book each person for 45 minute appointments back to back


3) For any above 12
Host receives additional $25.00 kickback for each additional person


4) No charge for exam in EAV/Laser Acupuncture/Spinal Therapy

on whatever Martial Arts seminar brings in


6) Dr. Steve pays flight/hotel

7) Certification program available in:

B) Kyusho - Levels 1, 2, 3
